Exceeding Expectations for Dual Eligibles

MyCare Ohio is a managed care plan that coordinates the delivery of benefits and services to Ohioans who are eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid. For CareSource, our MyCare Ohio plan firmly fits into our mission to provide better care for complex and special populations. According to the most recent Medicare Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) survey that evaluates consumer satisfaction, the CareSource MyCare Ohio plan exceeded several key CMS benchmarks for both Medicare Advantage and Dual Eligible plans.

Meanwhile, through the Ohio Department of Medicaid, the nonprofit quality-assessment firm IPRO conducted a survey of Medicaid members who receive care management through one of the state’s six Medicaid managed care plans, which include MyCare Ohio plans. The findings confirmed CareSource’s leadership in our commitment to member service.
